האתר מספק מידע כללי בלבד ואינו מהווה המלצת הצבעה, ייעוץ פוליטי, תעמולת בחירות או עמדה מוסדית של גוף כלשהו.
האתר אינו מזוהה עם מפלגה, תנועה, ארגון פוליטי או גוף ציבורי כלשהו. הוא אינו ממומן על ידי מפלגה ואינו מקדם מצע פוליטי ספציפי. מפעיל האתר אינו מתחייב לייצג בצורה מקיפה, שלמה או מדויקת את עמדות כל מפלגה.
עמדות המפלגות המוצגות באתר מבוססות על מקורות פומביים בלבד:
המידע עשוי להיות חלקי, לא עדכני או נתון לפרשנויות שונות. המשתמש מתבקש לאמת מידע ישירות מול מקורות ראשוניים לפני קבלת החלטת הצבעה.
מכונת ההצבעה מציגה 10 שאלות על נושאים מרכזיים בבחירות 2026. לכל תשובה מוקצים "ניקוד" לפי ההתאמה הנתפסת לעמדות המפלגות השונות. בסוף השאלון, מחושב אחוז ההתאמה לכל מפלגה על בסיס סך הנקודות שנצברו ביחס לניקוד המקסימלי האפשרי.
חשוב להדגיש: מנגנון הניקוד הוא פרשני ומבוסס על שיקול דעת עורכי האתר. הוא אינו מדעי, אינו ממצה ואינו מחליף מחקר עצמי של המשתמש. תוצאות האפליקציה הן נקודת התחלה לחשיבה — לא מסקנה סופית.
האתר אינו אוסף מידע אישי מזהה כלשהו. לא נשמרות כתובות IP, עוגיות (cookies) למעקב, שמות משתמשים, או כל פרט שיכול לזהות אדם.

השימוש באתר כפוף לחוק הבחירות (דרכי תעמולה), תשי"ט-1959 ולתקנות הנגזרות ממנו. בתקופת הבחירות (30 יום לפני יום ההצבעה) חל איסור על פרסום סקרים ותוצאות דומות בתנאים מסוימים. מפעיל האתר שומר לעצמו את הזכות להשעות את מכונת ההצבעה בתקופה זו בהתאם לדרישות הדין.
האתר מסופק "כמות שהוא" (AS IS). מפעיל האתר אינו אחראי לכל נזק ישיר, עקיף, מקרי או תוצאתי שנגרם כתוצאה מהסתמכות על המידע המוצג באתר, לרבות נזק שנגרם מקבלת החלטת הצבעה המבוססת על תוצאות מכונת ההצבעה.
מפעיל האתר שומר לעצמו את הזכות לעדכן תקנון זה בכל עת ללא הודעה מוקדמת. גרסה מעודכנת תפורסם בדף זה עם תאריך עדכון חדש. המשך השימוש באתר לאחר פרסום השינויים מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

The quiz presents 10 questions on key issues in the 2026 elections. Each answer is assigned points based on its perceived alignment with each party's positions. At the end, a match percentage is calculated for each party based on total points earned versus the maximum possible score.
Important: The scoring mechanism is interpretive and based on the editors' judgment. It is not scientific, not exhaustive, and does not replace the user's own research. Quiz results are a starting point for thinking — not a final conclusion.
This site does not collect any personally identifiable information. No IP addresses, tracking cookies, usernames, or any identifying details are stored.
